Application Features/How it work:

Once you start the application, you will get this feedback window, and you can start to collect the customer’s feedback directly. A user friendly and easy to use interface makes the application easy to use, with the ability to disable the android buttons; so in case the tablet is mounted and unattended, the app cannot be closed.

From the admin panel, add your company logo, add a custom message to appear for 30 seconds for the customer after feedback submission, view the saved services to check or update them, check the last feedback submission date and time to make sure you have received the last one, or clear the app data to reset the preferences.

If enabled within the admin panel, once the customer submits a feedback, you will receive the feedback data by email, with the branch where the feedback has been collected within the email subject.

The app will create 1 folder inside the device storage called AIS feedback, and 3 sub folders called temp, photos, and feedback where the xls file is saved.
